2023 East South ride location discussion

Just thought I'd sort out some confusion regarding the S/E Ride co-ordinator. Yes, I did put my hand initially, but then withdrew it. Kawa and I had that conversation sometime back.

2023 is almost done with. Has anyone ever done the ride to Omeo? I have. Many times. The trip is definitely motorcycle nirvana. Really good pub with decent beers on tap. Very good accommodation in same pub. Very good motel. Did I mention the roads. If anyone is interested a gathering could be arranged? Not until November though. There is a little bit of ice on the roads up there at the moment.

Pub is the Golden Age Hotel. Very bike friendly. Across the road is the snug as a bug motel. Very bike friendly.     

Great riding up that way, the climb from Omeo over Hotham is probably my favourite piece of road

I've included it in my original IBA ss1600 ride and many other long, multi day and shorter rides

Always stay at the Golden Age if in town for the night
