Title: OX-34 Rusty ride
Post by: OX-34 on Feb 12, 2023, 04:50 AM
I'm planning an LD ride.

The ride starts on Tuesday 14th Feb at 0400hr AEDT in Newcastle heading for the west coast before midnight Wednesday. If all is well, back home in the early hours of Saturday.

The chosen mount:

2008 Tiger 1050 3 cylinder. I've fitted my Tenere's flatbed fuel cell with access to the main tank via a Rally Raid fuel pump ring.

2 big spots for distance on one switch and two smaller ones with low beam to supplement the extraordinarily useless Triumph headlights.

Its been a while. Watch me wobble it out:

Ride safe OX. I'm pretty sure you won't be wobbly. Thanks for the SPOT.

Thanks for the link OX.  Been a while since I vicariously followed someone's multi day ride.  Good luck with the ride.

so, this will make it an (almost) full house of Coast to Coast to Coast having ridden it on  1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 cylinder bikes.

Unique achievement.

Ride safe Ox
