We thought it would be good to have a lunch and catch up prior to Xmas, just relax and have a chat about all things, look at LD bike set ups if you want etc.

All riders are welcome, maybe invite a friend to ride along also, you don't have to complete an IBA long distance ride at all, but you can if you wish
