Just had a peak on membership numbers . Nearly 100 ... 
where are the other 1000 .. kinda disappointing , hoped the seizing the moment , the passion , the will to have this be , grow ,not let it fade away  as important part of the LDR world .

Sorry , I tore a tendon a week ago , did the drs , radiologists , back to drs weds sure it isn't over serious ... sore AF ,.did a 300k ride yesterday .. oh yeah .. feeling it today ...
Rode .. loved it , got rained on , met a couple of .. NEW ,  out of the box , first day ride , " L "  riders ...

Rolled with them for some 80ks  had a coffee and chat .

I'm still learning , after 40 yrs ..

I scares me , what I hear from new riders ..
No idea where there are getting the intel .
But .. it isn't all good .
Sorry got on a rant ..

If this arm , and after visit to doctors on Wed , ticks some boxers ...
hoping to get to Port MacDonnell ..

We need a few RTE , GTR rides , get members together , not via the electronic world ..
Do the ride , meet , greet , face to face .that will light , re light the fire
Get members talking , inspire new interest .

Met by chance , a follow FR member yesterday ..Ed , lives a Crows Nest . NSW .
Had a chat ,  he asked , if I knew anything ,said ...  this is the way it is .. our old , is , has died , however ... Far Roads .. is , could be the rebirth .
Fell networking will be important ..
Basically .. in our future ,, will must promote what we are about .

Hi Roy, maybe if we/kwaka builds it they will come. I hope your arm heals soon. For me its my left elbow. I just spent the last three days riding almost 1600km. Sometimes I just rest my left hand on the tank to give it a break. Weirdly riding home today it was fine.

I'm aiming to ride to Port Mac so I might meet you there in person.
